The manufacturer is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the TreeTransporter, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the TreeTransporter, whether the TreeTransporter was defective or not. The manufacturer's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective TreeTransporter.
